These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ek9998 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ek9998 website located at ek9998.vip, including all products, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities made available through the platform.

ek9998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amended Terms will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ek9998 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ek9998 operates. Where any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between ek9998 and its players are conducted in English.

These Terms apply to all players accessing ek9998 from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts. By using the platform, you warrant that your use of ek9998 does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful for you before participating.

To register and use the ek9998 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Where a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by ek9998, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during the period in which age was unverified may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

Parents and guardians are advised to take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. ek9998 strongly recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling content where minors share a device with adults.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ek9998 products and services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ek9998 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different email addresses, different device fingerprints, or different payment accounts — is strictly prohibited. Where ek9998 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be permanently closed. Any bonuses or winnings credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full, and the player's primary account may also be closed at ek9998's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ek9998 staff will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify ek9998 of any suspected unauthorised access at support@ek9998.vip.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ek9998 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, address verification, and proof of payment method at any point during your use of the platform — particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. ek9998 reserves the right to close accounts that fail KYC verification and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits made to ek9998 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ek9998 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated funds returned to the source account, less any applicable transaction fees. Your account may be suspended pending investigation where third-party deposit activity is identified.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable payment method's withdrawal availability. ek9998 processes the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within five to fifteen minutes of approval. Withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time where KYC documentation is outstanding or where the withdrawal triggers an internal review under ek9998's AML procedures. ek9998 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions on ek9998 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent Taka amounts. ek9998 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are solely responsible for any foreign exchange costs incurred when funding a payment wallet in BDT.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to ek9998 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ek9998 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, recover the disputed amount from any available balance, and refer the matter to the relevant financial institution or legal authority where appropriate.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ek9998 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the ek9998 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. ek9998 reserves the right to permanently close accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse and to withhold any balance held in such accounts.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds issued by ek9998 must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of those funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal policy in Section 4.2.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not used or are not subject to a qualifying wager within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. It is the player's sole responsibility to be aware of and act within the applicable expiry timeframes.

By using the ek9998 platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit the use of the platform by any other player. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ek9998 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on ek9998 under any identity, whether your own or a third party's.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other platform interaction.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, interact with games, or conduct any activity on the platform that would otherwise require human input.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Laundering money or using the ek9998 platform for any financial transaction that has the purpose or effect of concealing the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and must be returned to ek9998 on demand.
• Reproducing, copying, publishing, or distributing any content from the ek9998 platform — including game content, promotional material, odds data, and platform software — without the prior written consent of ek9998.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any ek9998 software or platform component.
• Using the platform in any manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on ek9998's infrastructure or that interferes with the operation of the platform for other players.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing manner towards ek9998 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Where ek9998 identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the associated account, forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals, void all bets and winnings arising from the prohibited activity, and take any further action it deems appropriate — including reporting the matter to law enforcement or financial authorities.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ek9998 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ek9998.vip and submitting a written account closure request. Upon receipt and verification of your request, ek9998 will process the closure of your account and arrange for any eligible real-money balance to be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and subject to there being no pending bonus wagering requirements or open bet settlements.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by ek9998

ek9998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false or misleading information; where ek9998 is required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority; or where ek9998 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the welfare of the player.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period by contacting support@ek9998.vip. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from ek9998. ek9998 strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is becoming a problem to make use of the self-exclusion facility without delay. 8.1 Platform Availability

ek9998 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ek9998 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service — including losses resulting from the inability to place a bet or access a game during such an interruption.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek9998 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the ek9998 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether ek9998 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where ek9998 is found liable to you under these Terms in respect of any claim, the total aggregate liability of ek9998 to you shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to the ek9998 platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Game Providers

Games and betting markets available on ek9998 are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. While ek9998 selects certified providers and takes reasonable steps to ensure game integrity, ek9998 accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions that originate within a third-party provider's game software or infrastructure. In the event of a game malfunction, the rules of the relevant game provider shall apply, and any bets placed during a verified malfunction may be voided.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through ek9998's customer support process should be submitted in writing to support@ek9998.vip. ek9998 will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. The English text of these Terms is the sole authoritative version for the purposes of dispute resolution.
